Before requesting a consultation
Review the practitioner’s profile, language, consultation method and displayed rate. Availability is checked again when you request a consultation. A published profile does not guarantee immediate availability or a particular outcome.
Chat and voice sessions
A session begins after the astrologer accepts your request. The wallet balance and any eligible free time are checked before connecting. Rates are per minute and include configured platform charges; the final charge depends on actual session time.
In-person requests
Available service-expert profiles offer appointment requests with a separate displayed platform booking fee. Sending a request does not confirm an appointment. Review the confirmed or proposed time in your consultation details.
Your account and conduct
Keep your account credentials private. Do not send passwords, OTPs or payment credentials to an astrologer or support. Use the platform respectfully and provide accurate information needed to fulfil your request.
Guidance and support
Astrology consultations are personal guidance and do not promise specific results. For booking, account or billing questions, use on-site support chat or a ticket. Replies are displayed in your conversation; immediate staff availability is not guaranteed.
